OHIP and Insurance Options
Psychological services are not covered by OHIP, but they are covered by most extended health care plans. You may be eligible for reimbursement under your extended health care plan. Please contact your insurance company to confirm whether you are covered for services by either:
A registered Masters of Social Work (MSW.); or
An MSW supervised by a clinical psychologist.
Some polices require a physician’s referral in order to receive reimbursement. A prescription for psychological services is usually sufficient.

Payment is due at the time of session. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, electronic transfer, or credit card.
Office Location
The practice is located at 1418 Stittsville Main, Stittsville, ON, K2S 1B8.
The building is just off of Carp Road and directly across the front door of the Johnny Leroux Arena
The office can be accessed discretely and offers a private waiting room.
Hours of Operation
The practice is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
After intake has been completed, flexible appointment times can be scheduled on a session to session basis.
All emails and telephone calls are returned during office hours.
Cancelation Policy
If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, please allow 24 hours notice.
If you fail to attend a session, you may be charged at your regular fee for the hour that was set aside for you.
